Aster (Holland)

I was born in Amsterdam in 1957 and have worked as an ideomotor artist since 1983. This is better known as automatic drawing. I have been exhibiting since 2001 in Amsterdam, St. Petersburg and Minsk.

I have been working together with the scientist Dr. Vladimir Sivitsky who is doing research into ideomotor effect and who has been initiator of various exhibitions of my work in Russia, amongst which the prestigious Maxim Bogdanovich's literary museum in 2002. My work is both highly experimental art and science. All works have been created in a transcendental state of consciousness.
